Delivered via direct mail and e-marketing this personalised URL campaign significantly increased response rates by presenting targeted potential customers with a unique experience.

Each potential customer received a link which led to a personalised landing page. This allowed the marketing team to track, analyse and respond to individual page visits as they happened. The admin interface gave a complete picture of each potential, from the time of the first visit to the products or services they had shown an interest in.

We already knew the end users' details and from the information tracked, we knew the services they were interested in, so striking up a dialogue was easy. Eliminating the necessity to capture personal information meant visitors were more responsive to completing a short "get in touch" form.
