Boot Out Breast Cancer is a UK Based charity started by Debbie Dowie, wife of Ian Dowie, the former Crystal Palace manager and Northern Ireland international. Whilst being treated for Breast Cancer she realised a great deal of women receive the same diagnoses each year as she did, however there is a shortage of the latest equipment to help diagnose others.

Debbie Says:

‘I now have a team of 13 friends, 3 of whom have had breast cancer, and we are all determined to make a difference. Each of us is committed to fundraising and to making sure that every penny raised is spent on some much needed equipment in the NHS. Our aim is to provide equipment for as many breast cancer units in the North West as possible.’

When Debbie called every1 into the squad we were more than happy to accept. We developed a logo to take her charity to the top of the league. She was looking for a design with the finesse and femininity of a woman but with a determined and football influenced twist.
