This NHS trust really do want the best for their 5000 employees. So much so, we were tasked to develop a targeted campaign to promote the 6 values that Lancashire Care want to instill to their workforce.
Promoting their 6 core values: TEAMWORK, COMPASSION, INTEGRITY, RESPECT, EXCELLENCE and ACCOUNTABILITY to everyday NHS people, required an everyday approach, doing away with glamorous models and snappy tag lines, we used real people in real situations to endorse the brand identity that was developed as the personality behind the concept of delivering better working practices to the people.
For the campaign we delivered a complete brand launch brochure and newsletter from the CEO, Poster campaign throughout the organisation, an incentivisation promotion linked in with free give-away items.
