To reaffirm its commercial objectives, a scoping workshop was held with key stakeholders. Collaboratively, we defined a digital marketing strategy to acquire new customers via online channels.

The Solution


Corporate Rewards is a complex business with an array of services. Our understanding of the differing customer types was vital to deliver successful results. To achieve this we held persona workshops to define characters that embodied key characteristics of target website visitors, specifically their target demographic, needs and behaviours.

An enlivened, user-centered website

Research carried out informed the development of customer journeys, which enabled insight-led decisions to be made throughout the website wireframing, design and development stages. The new Corporate Rewards site built on the Umbraco platform, showcases their solution-based offering to key target markets in an engaging and effective way.

Devising a winning content strategy

We dovetailed our services with Corporate Rewards’ internal resources to make the most of the available budget. The ongoing production of blog articles, opinion pieces, whitepapers, explainer videos and infographics assists the strategic goals of raising brand awareness, and driving website traffic through engaging content, ultimately resulting in quality leads.

Post launch, the site was continually analysed and optimised. Specifically, user testing highlighted a number of potentially confusing areas, which, now amended, have further increased conversions.
