Neil Hudgell Solicitors are a major legal firm operating in Yorkshire with over 60 staff specialising in Personal Injury and Medical Negligence claims.

Initially, every1 undertook a brand refresh and created a set of brand guidelines that would ensure consistency across the range of marketing platforms they utilise, both offline and online. The brand project was centred around the concept that the company is customer centric, so detailed analysis of Neil Hudgell's customer base was undertaken, which also involved market research with existing clients to understand their perceptions of the brand. The results of the research heavily influenced the new brand by humanising the organisation and creating the positioning statement of SERIOUS ABOUT YOU. 

Due to the success we had with the initial project, every1 were challenged to create a range of integrated marketing campaigns to promote the new brand to the target audience. The campaigns we devised and delivered ranged from their first client newsletter to over 13,000 clients, print advertising to direct mail and outdoor visuals.
