Entertainment wholesale companies VHS Distribution and HEI, owned by the diversified investments group and holding company DCC, approached every1 to orchestrate a radical restructure and rebrand of a number of their businesses to enable them to become the MSE Group.
MSE Group is the consolidation of seven entertainment-based companies owned by DCC. Each operates in a different area of entertainment: servicing retail, wholesale, rental, international, libraries, non-traditional category management or distribution.
Through the restructure MSE Group has become the largest supplier of entertainment products in the UK and Ireland.
every1 were tasked with producing a full corporate website and brochure that identified specific market strengths that each division offers to MSE Group customers.
In addition, an initial six month marketing plan was devised to improve awareness of the new company position and business model. This included writing editorial pieces, placing creative-led advertisements in key industry publications and designing website banners incorporating direct links to the corporate website (( www.msegroup.co.uk))
For the official launch of MSE Group, every1 designed two ecommerce websites offering a full range of DVD, Blu-ray, music CD, games and accessories, one aimed at the trading division of the business ((www.msent.co.uk)) and the other for international customers. ((www.mse-international.co.uk))
By combining the individual strengths of each division and reflecting this through its branding, MSE Group can offer customers a greatly improved service.
