Web Developer Positions
Every1 are a full service agency and are always looking for talented web developers to fill full time positions within our Preston studios in Lancashire.
Candidates will work within our structured, yet relaxed studio environment and must be able to work well with our experienced design and development teams.
Chosen candidates responsibilities will range from:
- Using own initiative and commercial experience to build corporate brochure websites from approved creative using current web standards in XHTML and CSS.
- Implementing every1’s CMS “Ticker” into various projects and building on the current framework.
- Further developing every1’s e-learning platform “Noggin”.
- Helping to push every1 into new markets by giving us the edge over competitors.
- Continued on-going development embracing new technologies, standards and trends
- Integrating with the current dev team to implement our white label ecommerce strategy.
- Exploring new development techniques and keeping up to date with emerging technologies.
- Able to cope with steep learning curves when emerging into new markets.
- Supporting customers and being confident when client facing.
You must be passionate about what you do and have at least 4 years experience in ASP.NET, .NET 3.5(Preferably VB.NET), SQL server 2005/2008, Javascript, XML, AJAX, jQuery, SSIS, LINQ, Experience of IIS and Windows 2008 server management, Good knowledge of Photoshop and/ or Fireworks.
Desirables include:
- Project management software experience
- Previous development of e-learning solutions
- Flash / Actionscript experience
- An understanding of good SEO practices
